RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
We want customers to shop with confidence.
This Return & Refund Policy explains our standard procedures for returns, refunds, damaged products and other order issues.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
30-Day Return Request Period
Unless applicable law provides a different or more favorable right, customers may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the product must normally be unused, unopened, in substantially original condition, in its original packaging and with any applicable hygiene, protective or tamper-evident seal intact.
Reasonable proof of purchase may be required.
To request a return, contact:
support@miorabeauty.shop
Please include your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.
Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
Skincare, Cosmetics & Hygiene
Because skincare and cosmetic products may present legitimate health, hygiene and product-safety concerns, products that have been opened, used or had a relevant hygiene or tamper seal removed may not be eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return where this restriction is permitted by applicable law.
This restriction does not remove your legal rights where a product is defective, damaged, contaminated, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective, Leaking or Incorrect Products
Please inspect products reasonably promptly after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what you ordered, contact:
support@miorabeauty.shop
as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, an explanation of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, reshipment, refund, partial refund or another legally required remedy.
Where the goods are defective or were incorrectly supplied and applicable law requires the seller to bear return costs, you will not be required to bear those costs.
Product Reactions
Individual skin tolerance varies.
Ingredients including retinol, AHA, BHA, lactic acid and other active cosmetic ingredients may cause sensitivity or irritation in some users.
A product being unsuitable for an individual's particular skin type or personal preference does not automatically establish that the product is defective.
However, concerns involving suspected contamination, unusual appearance, unusual odor, packaging failure, incorrect labeling or another potential product-safety issue should be reported to us.
If you experience a serious or medically concerning reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical assistance where necessary.
EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Economic Area and applicable EU consumer law applies to the transaction, you will generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
For sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, applicable law may provide that the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once the relevant seal has been removed after delivery.
This may be relevant to certain cosmetic or personal-care products.
This hygiene exception does not remove rights relating to goods that are defective, damaged, unsafe or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.
To exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, email:
support@miorabeauty.shop
and state clearly that you wish to withdraw from the relevant purchase.
Refunds Following an EEA Withdrawal
Where a valid statutory withdrawal right applies, we will make the reimbursement required under applicable law, including standard outbound delivery costs where legally required.
If you selected a delivery service more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the additional amount may not be reimbursable to the extent permitted by law.
Unless we have agreed to bear return costs, the consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning eligible goods where applicable law permits this and the consumer has been appropriately informed.
UK and Other Consumer Rights
Consumers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory cancellation, return, refund, repair, replacement, quality or conformity rights.
Where applicable mandatory consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, the mandatory legal protection will take priority.
Return Shipping
For an ordinary voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear those costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a return is adequately packaged.
Items Normally Excluded From Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns
Subject to applicable consumer law, we may be unable to accept an ordinary voluntary return for opened or used cosmetic/skincare products, products with applicable hygiene seals removed, goods materially damaged through misuse after delivery, gift cards or other items specifically identified as non-returnable where such restriction is legally permitted.
Products purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price are not excluded from mandatory statutory rights simply because they were discounted.
Refund Processing
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
For our ordinary voluntary return process, we aim to initiate an approved refund within approximately 5 business days after approval.
Your bank, card issuer or payment service provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Where applicable law specifies a different mandatory refund deadline, that legal deadline will apply.
Shipping Charges
Original delivery charges are normally not refundable for an ordinary voluntary change-of-mind return.
Where reimbursement of standard shipping charges is required by applicable consumer law, or where the refund results from our error or non-conforming goods, shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.
Where an exchange is not available, we may issue an eligible refund and you may place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact:
support@miorabeauty.shop
as soon as possible.
If fulfillment has not started, we will attempt to cancel the order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun or after the order has been dispatched.
Any statutory rights that apply after delivery remain unaffected.
Lost or Missing Orders
If an order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us.
We may investigate the shipment with the carrier before determining the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory consumer right relating to non-delivery.
